Every purchase we donate 5 pounds of food to a non-profit animal shelter/rescue. Orders more than $75 and we donate 8 pounds of food and paw cream and a rope toy to the shelter.
Our traffic leads are 2 ft in length.
PRODUCT:
Our leashes are made of 100% cotton rope and colored using pet safe dyes. They are soft and comfortable, yet very durable. We use heavy duty bolt snaps that firmly secure your pet's collar. 100% cotton twine is used to secure all splices (loops) and is dyed to match your leash.
PROCESS:
Each item is custom made. Every rope leash is first spliced and whipped by hand then individually dyed. We typically need 4-7 days to complete an order before shipping. However these times may vary depending on the nature and quantity of the items ordered. If you need an item by a particular date, please let us know.
CARE:
Our leashes may be spot-washed in cold water only with a mild detergent and laid out to dry. Cotton can shrink when wet so please keep a close eye on your leash while it dries. If shrinking occurs, pulling on it gently while wet should bring it back to it's original length.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
